In my role at Brock Industries, I authored and developed the IMPACT System, which integrates the IMPACT Framework and Process to strategically address enterprise maintenance, reliability, and operational (MRO) challenges. Recognizing the specific needs of IBM Maximo users, I customized this system specifically for Maximo implementations, significantly enhancing asset reliability, operational efficiency, and cost savings through structured best-practice methodologies. Additionally, I created detailed IMPACT for Maximo workbooks for the Maximo World 2025 workshop, equipping participants with actionable insights and structured activities that foster immediate application. My commitment to continuous learning and improvement also led me to design targeted Maximo training courses focused on user adoption, data quality, and governance, empowering teams to maximize the return on their software investments.
Principal Maximo Functional Consultant – Deloitte (December 2023 to June 2025)
As an eminence hire at Deloitte, I was tasked with building out the Maximo practice for the Real Estate Strategy & Sustainability, Government and Public Services branch. I provided expert-level consulting for IBM Maximo Application Suite implementations, notably assisting Kroger with migrating from legacy CMMS across their Fleet, Retail, Manufacturing, and Logistics units. I also developed and delivered ten comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Assessment workshops for Cal Water, focusing on Maximo, Maximo Mobile, Reliability, ISO 55,000 compliance, and their MRO processes. Furthermore, I actively supported business development initiatives, offering expert guidance on staffing, experience requirements, activity planning, and proposal structuring to secure successful Maximo engagements.
Customer Success Manager, Sustainability Software – IBM (October 2021 to December 2023)
In my tenure at IBM, I drove technical adoption for solutions such as Maximo, MAS, TRIRIGA, Sterling Order Management System (OMS), and Environmental Intelligence Suite across both SaaS and on-premise deployments. I collaborated closely with clients across the Southeast United States to co-define roadmaps for implementation and value realization, translating customer needs into clear use cases and growth opportunities. Through workshops, demos, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), I effectively demonstrated the tangible benefits of AI-driven application offerings, utilizing industry case studies, sponsored user programs, and tailored metrics and KPIs to guide strategic decision-making.
Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMATA) (July 2017 to April 2020)
At WMATA, I managed a diverse portfolio of Windchill and Maximo projects designed to enhance engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and procurement operations. My responsibilities included delivering comprehensive change management initiatives, cost tracking, and leading multidisciplinary teams composed of both WMATA employees and contractors. As a reporting supervisor and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), I oversaw contract support personnel, managed staffing levels, selected candidates, negotiated resource commitments, and developed and maintained budgets to ensure project success.
Senior Maximo Consultant – N.E.T., Pentagon, Arlington VA (September 2015 to September 2016)
While consulting at the Pentagon's Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), I focused on resolving Maximo-related issues and improving data quality and governance over a one-year engagement. I successfully implemented User Requirements Specifications (URS) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) to guide Maximo deployments, provided observation reports for configuration use-case solutions, supported local Syclo Mobile platforms, and developed a multi-application Refrigeration Tracking method for regulatory compliance. Additionally, I created comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and played a critical role in designing and implementing performance metrics, balanced scorecards, and Cognos Dashboards for reporting. My commitment extended to designing custom Maximo user guides and tailored training plans.
Senior Maximo Functional Consultant – Genesis Solutions (July 2015 to September 2015 and May 2015 to June 2015)
In short-term, high-impact roles, I supported critical Maximo implementations at Celgene Pharmaceutical Company and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. My responsibilities included delivering functional support with data mapping and migration, drafting detailed URS and FRS documentation, researching installation qualification protocols, and providing executive-level training for Maximo. At NASA, I conducted discovery sessions, created functional requirements, analyzed use cases for ExMax Mobile implementation, and developed targeted training plans, materials, and sessions for yet-to-be-deployed Maximo features.
Maximo Product Owner and Lead Business Analyst – Battelle Memorial Institute (2007 to 2015)
Leading a global team, I oversaw the implementation and support of Maximo versions 6.X through 7.5.0.4 SaaS/Cloud and Syclo Mobile solutions for military Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) systems. My leadership contributed to substantial cost savings exceeding $2 million, while effectively managing $145 million worth of Department of Defense assets globally. Additionally, I spearheaded the implementation of Syclo Mobile Work and Inventory Manager, developed comprehensive Maximo training programs, and managed a 24/7 Technical Support/Help Desk for over 200 users across various continents. My role included designing, configuring, and maintaining collaboration sites and developing business metrics and balanced scorecard systems to enhance operational efficiency and asset management.

Led a team of SMEs in acquisition support for a Prime Vendor contract with Marine Corps Systems Command, managing procurement of CBRN and Hazmat equipment for specialized Marine Corps Units.
